Jay ventured into the Insurance business with his son, Dylan Richards, in June of 2023. His tenure as General Manager of a Toyota Dealership for 17 years enriched his understanding of sound business principles, customer expectations, and exceeding those expectations. Dylan has been at his dad's side for this entire journey. Dylan is also a PNG Graduate and attended Texas A&M on an athletic scholarship. Dylan's work experience includes 7 years as Internet Manager in the automotive industry. Dylan is the driving force for the growth of the agency. And is fully licensed to handle personal or commercial insurance needs.
